Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the luxury car rental service provided by KB Luxury Rent (Cappa Business S.r.l.), with registered office at Via Bagutta 13, 20121 Milan, Italy, VAT no. IT03409840794, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of the Service

KB Luxury Rent provides luxury vehicle rental services to private and corporate clients. All vehicles are insured and equipped with the latest safety and comfort technology.

3. Rental Requirements

• Minimum age: 25
• Valid driving licence (an international permit is recommended)
• Valid identity document
• International credit card
• No outstanding legal matters relating to fines or accidents

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for the safekeeping and upkeep of the vehicle. The client must:

• Drive the vehicle in compliance with road traffic laws
• Not allow third parties to drive the vehicle without written authorisation
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately
• Keep the vehicle clean and undamaged
• Comply with the terms and conditions of use

5. Damage and Security Deposit

A security deposit is held at the time of rental. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental unless there is damage to the vehicle, fines or additional charges. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.

6. Insurance

All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. The excess is included in the rate. The client is responsible for any damage beyond the insurance cover.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the rental date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations within 3 days are not eligible for a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

KB Luxury Rent is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages or any damage not directly caused by the company's wilful negligence.

9. Changes to the Terms

KB Luxury Rent reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by email and take effect immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan.
